How do I determine my competitive position?

You can determine your competitive position by using the PrimeDSS Competitive Position Analyser tool. Data that you submit related to your company and by filling out the FACI survey questions will help you to identify your relative national competitive position at the national level based on your country of operation.

By selecting specific search parameters, the industry that you are bench-marking against, the main species that you are dealing with and the main markets that you work in, results will be generated that show your relative position to the average national level and give you a view of how your country of operation compares to other countries nationally.

The overall purpose is to give a consistent estimate of how well fishing industries are doing in the global business of processing and marketing seafood products by identifying factors that affect the competitiveness of fishing industries within different countries.
